Care Instructions for Satin Dress

1. Hand Wash Recommended: To maintain the quality of the satin fabric, hand wash the dress in cold water with a mild detergent.

2. Machine Wash: If machine washing is necessary, place the dress in a mesh laundry bag and use the gentle cycle with cold water.

3. Drying: Do not wring or twist the dress. Instead, lay it flat on a clean towel and gently roll up the towel to remove excess water. Then, lay the dress flat on a drying rack or a clean, dry towel to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

4. Ironing: If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting and place a cloth between the iron and the dress to prevent scorching. Alternatively, use a steamer to remove wrinkles.

5. Storage: Hang the dress on a padded hanger to maintain its shape. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

6. Avoid Chemicals: Keep the dress away from bleach and other harsh chemicals that can damage the fabric.

Following these instructions will help ensure your satin dress remains beautiful and in excellent condition for years to come.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Azure Avenue we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Returns:

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Azure Avenue we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels within 14 days from the day you received the item. Please take care of your items when trying on so they remain make up, fake tan and stain free. We may not be able to accept your return if it is soiled or smelling like sweat or perfume. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging. All accompanying elements that came with the order must also be returned.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Azure Avenue when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The items that are tailored to your individual measurements  are not eligible for a return or refund. 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
