To ensure the longevity and pristine condition of this wedding dress, please follow these care instructions:

1. Professional Cleaning: Always have the dress professionally dry cleaned by a specialist experienced in handling delicate fabrics and bridal gowns. Inform the cleaner about any specific stains or embellishments.

2. Storage: Store the dress in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a breathable garment bag to protect it from dust and humidity. Avoid plastic bags, as they can trap moisture and cause mildew.

3. Handling: When handling the dress, make sure your hands are clean and dry. Avoid applying lotions or perfumes before touching the fabric.

4. Pressing and Steaming: If the dress requires pressing, use a low-heat setting or a steam iron. Place a clean, white cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent any potential damage. Steaming is preferred for removing wrinkles.

5. Hanging: Hang the dress by the inner garment loops to support its weight and maintain its shape. Avoid hanging by the delicate fabric to prevent stretching or distortion.

6. Repairs: For any repairs or alterations, seek the services of a professional seamstress experienced in bridal wear. Avoid DIY fixes, as they can damage the delicate fabric and construction.

7. Transporting: When transporting the dress, use a garment bag and carry it carefully to avoid wrinkles. For long-distance travel, consider having the dress packed by a professional.

8. After the Wedding: Consider preserving the dress in a preservation box designed for bridal gowns. This will protect the fabric from yellowing and deterioration over time. Include acid-free tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb any residual moisture.

Worldwide delivery 5-6 business days. 

Free Delivery to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, delivery 1-2 business days. 

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Azure Avenue we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Returns:

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Azure Avenue we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels within 14 days from the day you received the item. Please take care of your items when trying on so they remain make up, fake tan and stain free. We may not be able to accept your return if it is soiled or smelling like sweat or perfume. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging. All accompanying elements that came with the order must also be returned.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Azure Avenue when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The items that are tailored to your individual measurements  are not eligible for a return or refund. 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
