When comparing your measurements to those listed on the site, make sure to check if the fabric is stretchy or not. If it is, it can stretch an inch or more.

Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit.
Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably.
Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body.
Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.
Sleeve: With your arm outstretched, measure from the base of your neck to the end of the sleeve hem to determine where the sleeve length will fall on you.

Materials

Dress fabric: dense Italian suit fabric.

Composition: 65% viscose, 5% elastane, 30% polyester.

Fabric stretchability: LOW 0,5-1 cm.

Lining fabric: viscose lining. Composition: 65% viscose, 35% polyester

Accessories: 4 small buttons on the sleeves, covered with fabric. 4 large buttons on the front, covered with fabric. 1 concealed button for additional fastening of the waist of the dress.

Care Instructions

It is recommended to conduct a gentle machine wash using gel or liquid detergent, while maintaining a water temperature of 30-35°C.

Sunlight exposure and twisting should be avoided while drying. It is recommended to hang the item to dry and utilize either a wet gauze or steamer for ironing purposes.

Finally, to remove stains, it is suggested to use either medical or ammonia alcohol.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Azure Avenue we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Returns:

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Azure Avenue we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels within 14 days from the day you received the item. Please take care of your items when trying on so they remain make up, fake tan and stain free. We may not be able to accept your return if it is soiled or smelling like sweat or perfume. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging. All accompanying elements that came with the order must also be returned.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Azure Avenue when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The items that are tailored to your individual measurements are not eligible for a return or refund.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
