Find the best size

When comparing your measurements to those listed on the site, make sure to check if the fabric is stretchy or not. If it is, it can stretch an inch or more.

Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to ensure a comfortable fit.
Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, holding the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably.
Hips: Drape the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, resting the tape comfortably against your body.
Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the top of your shoulder to the hem. For strapless dresses, measure from the highest part of the neckline to the hem. For pants and skirts, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.
Sleeve: With your arm outstretched, measure from the base of your neck to the end of the sleeve hem to determine where the sleeve length will fall on you.

Materials

Dress fabric: Satin
Composition: 30% viscose, 65% polyester, 5% elastane. Fabric stretchability: LOW 0,5 - 1 cm.
Lining fabric: viscose lining. Composition: 65% viscose, 35% polyester
Additionally: 4 large stainless steel buttons 15 mm.
8 small stainless steel buttons 0,6 mm on the collar.

Features

Additional information: The dress is decorated with natural ostrich feathers. The feathers on the collar are removable with buttons.
High-quality feathers are 4 meters long on the collar and waistband. Placed in 2 layers for extra opulence. The belt is removable and has a dense base in the front, thanks to which it holds its shape and emphasizes the waist well. This work takes 2.5 hours. The technology of sewing is the same as in the atelier. All buttons and feathers on the dress are sewn by hand.

Care Instructions

For optimal cleaning of delicate fabrics, it is recommended to employ a pre-soak technique in cold water or to utilize the delicate washing cycle within a washing machine. When washing by hand, it is advisable to spin the fabric at a low speed and subsequently dry it away from direct sunlight and any heat sources. It is also important to note that ironing should only be done at low temperatures and solely on the wrong side of the fabric, using another thin fabric as a buffer in order to prevent any damage to the delicate material.

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Azure Avenue we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Returns:

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Azure Avenue we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels within 14 days from the day you received the item. Please take care of your items when trying on so they remain make up, fake tan and stain free. We may not be able to accept your return if it is soiled or smelling like sweat or perfume. The returned product must be returned in its original packaging. All accompanying elements that came with the order must also be returned.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Azure Avenue when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

The items that are tailored to your individual measurements are not eligible for a return or refund.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
